The Public Joint Stock Company “AktaBank” was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on April 23, 2008. The bank fulfils its activity according to the National Bank of Ukraine License № 243 dated August 17, 2009, the National Bank of Ukraine Written Permission № 243-1 dated August 17, 2009 and attachments to it.
AktaBank PJSC provides an extensive range of financial products and services suited to the needs of elite private clients, entrepreneurs, companies and firms of different sizes and activities as well as to the needs of individuals.
According to last year results (2009), the Statutory Fund of the bank increased by 3,8 times and made up 297 million UAH. The bank’s assets increased up to 852 million UAH.
